• Reservations are not required but are highly recommended on weekends and during school breaks (spring break, summer time, and holidays). Groups of 4 or more also are highly recommended for reservations, as we cannot guarantee walk-in capacity. Payment is collected at the time of check-in for the reserved time slot.

• “Appointments” using our booking system are per person; please select “continue and add another time” from the drop-down menu to reflect the number of people in your party

​

• To keep visits across the board at a discounted price, the entry fee is the same for all parties and DOES include complimentary coffee, tea, soda, sparkling water, and water is always free! Kids of all ages are allowed, however, we request parents supervise children at all times and make sure they follow the rules. Kids are allowed to pick up the cats if gentle, although they can have them in their lap while sitting down and being helped by an adult. They can pet and play with them, but classroom demeanor is required (quiet voices, no running).

• We do enforce supervision of minors instead of enforcing an age limit. If we have to ask for supervision of minors, or ask to cease inappropriate handling of the cats from guests of any ages - we reserve the right to ask those in question to leave. The care. comfort and safety of our kitties come first!

• Adults and supervised kids can pick up cats but please note that cats can enforce their boundaries and possibly scratch you if you are overstepping!

• Please report any issues or concerns with the kitties or your experience to the staff, we will be happy to accommodate or intervene with cat-related behaviors.

• You can cancel or reschedule your reservation using the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. 

​

• We hope you enjoy your visit. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, email us so we can make it right. We take our customer service as seriously as our cat care, and we want you to have the best time!

• We are located at 12 S 25th Street Colorado Springs 80904 - the directions will take you to the storefront. We have a sign on our front porch area, and located under the hanging sign for "The Green Room"
